What's on at NMAC
The Club has an active social calendar as can be seen below. We meet every Friday evening in Hunsbury, and arrange a selection of speakers and demonstrations throughout the year. Social activities and trips also find their way on to the agenda. See also "Recent Events".
As most people now know, another group of flyers has "landed" near to us. We have agreed with them that they will fly exclusively on 2.4GHz.
The first group are still with us, and therefore: until further notice, DO NOT operate any transmitter at Buscotts Lodge on the following frequencies:
35 MHz, channels 55, 56, 57, 58, 59
This applies whether or not those frequencies are alight on the pegboard.
55 to 58 have been assigned to the breakaway Kettering flyers.
59 will be a barrier frequency not used by either NMAC or Kettering.
All remaining channel numbers are available to NMAC members.
